Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Available Shifts:
- Swannanoa, NC 28778: 5:00–9:00 PM, 6:00-10:00PM
- Swannanoa, NC 28778: 7:00AM-3:30PM, 11:00AM-4:00PM
- Black Mountain, NC 28711: 5:00–10:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16/hour
Locations: Asheville and Arden, NC

What You'll Do
As a cleaner, you’ll help keep our customers’ facilities clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies
- Emptying trash and recycling receptacles
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
- Following established cleaning procedures
- Communicating effectively with your team leader
- Taking pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong reliability and self-discipline
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
No prior cleaning experience is required. We provide paid on-site training!
