Role Description The Studio Administrator provides day-to-day administrative support and studio coordination across a 10-person architecture and design practice. Working closely with founder Suchi Reddy, the role spans executive support, office management, staff communications, project administration, PR and business development support, and accounting coordination. Responsibilities include managing Suchi's calendar and travel, maintaining vendor and client contact lists, supporting project teams with proposals and presentations, overseeing office operations and supplies, coordinating with IT, tracking expenses, and assisting with newsletters, award submissions, and website updates.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, studio manager, or office manager
- Prior experience in an architecture, design, or creative studio is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Notion, Asana, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and discreet
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Eligibility to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area during standard business hours.
