What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist — 1099 Home-Based / Mobile PT position at Reddy Care Physical and Occupational Therapy?
Want 30–40 Visits a Week? We Have the Patients.
Independent Contractor Opportunity | $80-85 Per Completed Visit | Flexible Schedule | Condensed Geographic Territory | One-on-One Care | Guaranteed Caseload
Reddy Care Physical & Occupational Therapy is looking for independent Physical Therapists who want the freedom of 1099 work without having to search for their own patient volume.
Reddy Care has an established home-based therapy operation throughout Long Island and New York City and significant patient demand.
You decide how much you want to work.
Want 10 visits per week? Fine.
Want 20?
Want to build a 30–40 visit weekly caseload?
We have the patient demand to support therapists who want significant volume. This is not a position where you join us and wait months to build a schedule. Reddy Care has existing demand and can provide qualified therapists with a 30–35 visit weekly caseload in a condensed geographic area.
You choose the assignments you accept and organize your schedule around the patients you agree to treat.
High Earning Potential
Compensation is paid per completed visit.
At $83 per completed visit:
30 visits/week = $2,490/week
35 visits/week = $2,905/week
40 visits/week = $3,320/week
A therapist consistently completing 35 visits per week for approximately 50 weeks could generate approximately $145,250 in gross independent-contractor compensation.
A therapist completing 40 visits per week could generate approximately $166,000 in gross compensation.
These are illustrations based on completed visits—not guaranteed earnings.
The Difference: We Have the Patients
Many independent-contractor opportunities give you flexibility but little volume.
Reddy Care already has established patient demand.
Our goal is to offer available patients in geographically condensed areas so independent therapists can build efficient schedules.
You are free to accept or decline offered assignments.
You are also free to provide services to other organizations consistent with applicable professional, contractual and legal requirements.
Control Your Schedule
You determine how to structure your workday around the patients you accept.
Start early.
Work later.
Build a lighter schedule.
Build a heavy schedule.
Take certain days off.
Work with multiple organizations.
The goal is to give independent therapists real control over their professional time.
One Patient at a Time
No double booking.
No treating multiple patients simultaneously.
Each visit is one-on-one.
You provide the clinical care.
You maintain your professional independence.
Reddy Care provides access to available patients and the administrative infrastructure necessary to coordinate authorized services.
Home-Based Care Without the Traditional Part A Burden
No OASIS. No traditional Start-of-Care assessments. No nursing case-management burden.
For clinicians who enjoy home-based therapy but do not want traditional Part A home-health responsibilities, this can offer a very different model.
Condensed Geographic Opportunities
Patient opportunities are available throughout:
- Nassau County
- Suffolk County
- Queens
- Brooklyn

Availability varies by patient demand.
Our objective is to offer therapists patients in areas that make geographic sense whenever possible.
Independent Contractor Structure
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position.
Independent therapists:
- determine which assignments they accept; control their own schedules; may provide services to other organizations; are paid based on completed visits; do not receive employee benefits; are responsible for their own tax obligations; and maintain independent professional and clinical judgment.
Reddy Care does not guarantee a specific number of visits, but we currently have substantial patient demand and are specifically seeking therapists who want significant weekly volume.
