What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Reddi Services?
We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 60 years and has an A rating with the BBB. We are in currently in need of a reliable dispatcher that has good, consistent work ethics.
We are looking for career minded people only. Must have a clean driving record, no DUI on record, no criminal back ground history and be able to start immediately.
We are looking for a full time reliable Dispatcher to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls. You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles. Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving incoming calls. Must be able to use discernment on the type of call, determining urgency thereof, documenting the call thoroughly and forwarding to proper department.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information
- Achieving productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Booking calls for various services that our offered in the plumbing field.
- Using computer system to track, gather information.
- Referring unresolved customer issues to Customer Service Manager for resolution.
- Backing up Dispatcher assign calls and send to technicians in timely manor.
- Must be able to work weekends.
