Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the FOH of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both casual dining environments, with experiene in events and marketing. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize food production.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through service.
Experience
- Proven experience as a server or bartender
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests, staff, and vendors.
