Morning/Day Schedule - MON - FRI!
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production and a creative flair for international cuisine. This role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair to enhance presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow in food production and preparation.
- Lead a team of 2-4 chefs
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices in handling ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including tools and equipment used in food preparation.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about products and accommodating special requests.
Skills
- Proven experience in pastry production, baking, and cake decorating.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurants or catering settings is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.

- Culinary Degree preferred
- 1 Year of Pastry Chef Supervisor experience required
- Ability to work 50-55 Hours a week
