Requirements

• 10 Years of Restaurant Management Experience with 5 years as a director
• Experience in Upscale or Fine Dining
• Proven experience in a senior operations management role with demonstrated success in leading teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
• Excellent strategic planning skills with a track record of achieving organizational goals.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
