SAP Technical Project Manager

RedCloud is seeking an SAP Technical Project Manager to support immediate client operations.

Location: Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)

Overview

This position will support our client's transition from SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA. The SAP TPM needs strong domain knowledge in SAP HCM and HR processes, along with demonstrated experience leading high-visibility, high-pressure programs. The TPM must be able to operate in a high-demand environment, drive clarity across cross-functional stakeholders, manage accelerated timelines, and ensure disciplined execution throughout the transition.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Lead and manage the SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA discovery phase, including scope definition, requirements validation, risk identification, and roadmap development
• Serve as the primary technical project lead, driving clarity and alignment across HR, IT, SAP functional/technical teams, and external partners
• Plan and execute a large-scale, cross-functional SAP implementation with aggressive timelines and multiple interdependencies
• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities across parallel workstreams
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and resource constraints in a high-demand, high-pressure environment
• Ensure disciplined project governance, status reporting, escalation management, and executive-level communication
• Drive decision-making and accountability across stakeholders to maintain momentum and achieve program objectives
• Oversee transition from legacy SAP HCM to S/4HANA, ensuring continuity of HR processes and data integrity
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 8 years of technical project or program management experience delivering complex enterprise IT transformations
• Strong hands-on domain knowledge of SAP HCM and core HR processes
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale SAP implementations, ideally involving S/4HANA transformations
• Proven ability to manage high-visibility initiatives with accelerated timelines and competing priorities
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level engagement
• Strong organizational, planning, and risk management capabilities
  
  

Compensation range for this position is $162,000 - $187,200/year DOE.
