Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Assist with serving and preparing customer orders.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized.
- Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Restock food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Handle customer questions and requests professionally.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Good attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
