To-Go Specialist Responsibilities
- Greet customers picking up takeout orders and provide friendly service
- Answer phones and take food orders accurately
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Package food orders carefully and verify order accuracy
- Process payments (cash, card, or online orders)
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized take-out station
- Handle customer questions or concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Customer service or restaurant experience preferred
