Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company and needs a Project Management Consultant (AD-level) to support the Medical Affairs team. This role partners cross-functionally to develop integrated project plans, track KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include facilitating governance reviews, driving scenario planning, risk mitigation, status reporting to senior leadership, and developing tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
This is a 3-6 month long contract with potential for conversion. This is a hybrid onsite role (3 days/week) in the greater Boston area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of integrated Medical Strategy Plans and project roadmaps
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications across departments
- Track progress, timelines, and KPIs; proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies
- Support governance processes, compile reports, and prepare executive-level presentations
- Drive process improvements and contribute to project management best practices
Qualifications:
- BS degree with 8 years of project management experience
- Strong Medical Affairs experience. Prior experience leading governance committees, driving agenda mapping, and coordinating with Medical Leads
- Proficient in Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing large portfolios and mentoring project teams
