Duties
- Assist with concrete, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces.
- Set up and operate power tools and hand tools for formwork, rebar installation, and surface preparation.
- Install rebar to specifications to reinforce concrete structures.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as broken cement, rebar, form panels, and other supplies safely.
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is helpful.
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely throughout the workday.
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
