We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Training & Development Specialist to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) G-2 Intelligence and Security Services and Support (IS3) mission at Camp Lejeune, NC.
This role supports Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) and Regional Intelligence Training Centers (RITC) by delivering and developing intelligence-focused training to enhance tactical intelligence capabilities in support of global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led intelligence curriculum at MCIS RITC locations
- Develop and update course materials based on tactical unit requirements
- Coordinate with MCIS leadership to schedule and deliver intelligence training
- Conduct classroom and field-based intelligence training
- Identify intelligence training gaps and develop solutions
- Support training evaluation, deficiency analysis, and continuous improvement
- Engage with operational unit intelligence leaders for training coordination
- Support Marine Corps mission readiness and sustainment training exercises
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of intelligence experience OR
- 12 years of intelligence experience in lieu of a degree
- Strong knowledge of Marine Corps Intelligence operations
- Experience with:
- Company-level intelligence
- Collections management
- Intelligence analysis methodologies
- Knowledge of Marine Corps formal instruction and Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
- Experience delivering instructor-led intelligence training
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MCIS, RITC, or Marine Corps operational units
- Experience supporting mission readiness and sustainment training events
- Command-level engagement experience
- Knowledge of Marine Corps training evaluation methodologies
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Education, or related field
