We are seeking a Journeyman PC Technician to support USSOCOM operations in Colorado Springs, CO. This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and an active Security certification.
You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading PC systems and network hardware/software to ensure mission readiness for U.S. Special Operations Command systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve PC and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot software and connectivity problems; escalate as needed.
- Support OS/application installs and data migrations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to maintain system performance and security.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret/SCI clearance (eligible for additional caveats).
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security CE or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting military or federal IT environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
