Responsibilities
- Produce studio shoots, interviews, podcasts, and live content
- Coordinate talent, schedules, crews, and production logistics
- Run shoot-day operations with strong pace, clarity, and problem-solving
- Ensure quality aligns with brand standards and client expectations
- Communicate production needs clearly to technical and operations teams
- Primarily daytime on-site
- Occasional after-hours support for events or special programming
- 2-4 years experience producing studio, podcast, or live productions
- Proficiency with signal-flow
- Professional communication with talent and stakeholders
- Proven ability to adapt quickly when plans change
- Strong collaboration with technical teams and operations staff
