The Role
The creative side of this agency moves fast - shoots, edits, social campaigns, client deliverables, all in motion at once.
Behind every bit of that magic has to be a machine that runs clean: budgets that balance, contracts that are signed, deliverables that ship on time, and a myriad of processes that shouldn't live only in someone's head.
That's the job. You won't be producing the content - you'll be overseeing and improving the systems that make sure everyone else can.
This isn't a "forward the email and wait for instructions" role. We need someone who sees a mess, takes ownership of it, and fixes it - with exceptional communication at the forefront of it all.
What You'll Own
Financial Operations & Administration
Payroll and vacation tracking, expense reporting, subscription and vendor budget.
Contractor Vendor Management
Manage our roster of contractors - Contracts, onboarding and offboarding, compliance paperwork, and making sure the right paperwork is in place before work starts and monitored, amended and modified accordingly – ongoing.
Client Project Operations
Weekly deliverable tracking, project status reporting, and capacity planning.
Team Leadership Process Building
Develop the people on your team, delegate with intention, and build out SOPs for every department across our family of companies — because if it only lives in someone's head, it's not a process, it's a liability.
Special Projects
From contract negotiations to insurance policy reviews to financial reconciliations, to project planning and strategy you'll be the person we hand things to when they need to actually get done - not just talked about.
