Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions while integrating Christian faith perspectives when appropriate
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances
- Respond effectively to crisis situations while maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries
- Current state licensure as a mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings to accommodate client needs
- Willingness to serve one day every other week in a rural setting and understand the unique challenges of rural mental health care
Salary : $45,000 - $105,000
