We’re looking for an in-house Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life quickly and create content that performs.
This isn’t just making things “look good.” This is about creating visuals that grab attention, drive clicks, and convert.
What You’ll Do
- Design scroll-stopping static creatives for:
- Paid ads (Meta, X, etc.)
- Organic social content
- Website landing pages
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style ads, UGC-style clips)
- Turn rough ideas into polished, high-performing creatives
- Rapidly iterate and test different concepts (we produce a lot of content)
- Work closely with our team on hooks, messaging, and concepts
- Design retail and apparel merchandise
- We care way more about skill and taste than a stacked résumé.
- Strong eye for design (layout, typography, composition)
- Ability to create modern, clean, high-impact visuals
- Comfortable working quickly and handling multiple projects
- Self-starter who takes ownership (you’ll be in the room, not waiting on tickets)
- Are early in your career but clearly talented
- Spend time studying ads, social content, and what actually performs
- Like bold, slightly edgy creative (not corporate-safe design)
- Entry-level to mid-level welcome
- Strong portfolio > years of experience
- Prior work in the CPG space
- Competitive, based on experience
- Opportunity to grow quickly with the company
- You’ll work in-house, side-by-side with the team
- Your work will directly impact revenue (not just sit in a brand folder)

Qualifications:
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
