Label Specialist (Graphic Design Focus)

What You’ll Do- Process customer purchase orders for labels and ribbons with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide support and product guidance
- Create and edit label designs using graphic design software (layouts, formatting, adjustments)
- Ensure label accuracy, readability, and compliance with customer specifications
- Support internal label production and business needs
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, mailing, and correspondence
- Maintain a strong customer-first approach in all interactions
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed
- Graphic design experience required (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools preferred)
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 – $22.00
