Responsibilities
- Solicit and secure financial support from major donors, mid-level donors, and other supporters.
- Cultivate and steward long-term relationships with donors to ensure sustained and growing support.
- Develop and cast a compelling organizational fundraising strategy aligned with the ministry's mission and vision.
- Organize and manage the Development Department, including team members, donor databases, lists, tracking systems, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to communicate the ministry's impact and needs effectively to supporters.
- Contribute to overall organizational growth by turning vision into consistent, mission-sustaining funding.

Salary : $121,000
