Responsibilities
- Responsible for tracking the receipt of government-issued email releases including news, revision and data calls, solicitation notifications, RFPs, RFIs and Market Survey releases.
- Provide support to industry partners and government customers concerning issues and questions regarding basic application functions and processes.
- Assist industry partners and government customers with CD creation, duplication and distribution.
- Assist industry partners with the verification and creation of website and reading room account requests.
- Directly support the operations team with conferencing and events.
- Directly support the CSSO with tasks relating to personnel and facility security.
- Solicit advice in response to inquiries regarding acquisitions in the federal sector.
- Collect and present metrics to document operational activity.
- Maintain required certificates and accelerated accesses required to fulfill the position.
- Ability to learn a range of general acquisitions and agency policies and practices to help support and educate potential vendors in the federal acquisitions environment.
- Experienced with maintaining and managing websites.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
