Red Valve, a DeZURIK brand, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our production areas, including the machine shop and maintenance department. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys supporting skilled teams, improving workflow, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. This role follows a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM), with Friday reserved for overtime on a rotating schedule.
In this position, you’ll execute production schedules, assign work, guide team members, and resolve day-to-day operational challenges. You’ll help maintain equipment efficiency, support cross-training efforts, and ensure that quality checks and safe work practices are consistently followed. While this role supervises a broad range of production work, experience in machining or maintenance environments will help you succeed in coaching operators and understanding workflow needs.

DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $64,680 to $80,849 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Assign work and support team members with their day-to-day tasks.
- Resolve production and personnel issues to maintain a steady workflow.
- Promote a safe work environment and reinforce safe work practices.
- Conduct work instruction audits and ensure compliance with engineering and quality standards.
- Support equipment utilization, productivity, and cross-training initiatives.
- Communicate performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback.
- Work mandatory overtime as required.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma/GED plus a 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing; machining or fabrication experience strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience in machining or maintenance preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move safely throughout the plant.
