Child Support QM Test Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to support the Child Support Modernization initiative. This is a hands-on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) role responsible for validating business functionality, ensuring system quality, and supporting the successful implementation of client's modernized Child Support solution.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Child Support Modernization UAT efforts, possess strong knowledge of Child Support business operations, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while working with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. local Connecticut candidates will be favored.

• Previous hands-on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience supporting a Child Support Modernization implementation is required

• Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules.
• Develop detailed UAT test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes and requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, and validation testing.
• Document test results and create detailed defect reports with reproducible steps.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and validate defect resolutions.
• Verify system functionality aligns with Child Support business processes, operational needs, and federal requirements.
• Identify business process gaps, missing requirements, and system inconsistencies.
• Support UAT planning, readiness assessments, test metrics, and daily status reporting.
• Collaborate with business users, project leadership, developers, vendors, and technical teams.
• Assist with statewide implementation, production validation, and post-production stabilization.
• Ensure all testing documentation meets Quality Management standards.
  

• Previous hands-on experience performing UAT for a Child Support Modernization implementation.
• Strong understanding of Child Support case management, business processes, policies, and workflows.
• Experience executing detailed test cases and validating complex business functionality.
• Excellent defect identification, documentation, and retesting experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ability to comply with all State security and compliance requirements.
• Experience working directly with Child Support program staff and business SMEs.
• Familiarity with federal OCSE regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar test management tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale government modernization projects.
• Experience with requirements traceability, test metrics, and Quality Management best practices.
• Experience with the ProTech Child Support System is a plus.
