We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily support the VP of Business Operations, with additional support provided to the VP of Design & Sales as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
Respond to emails and other digital inquiries and correspondence
Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets
Collaborate closely with other administrative staff and support colleagues as needed
Monitor inventory and order office supplies as authorized by the VP
Assist with permit applications for various municipalities (e.g., JULIE Dig tickets, contractor licenses and regulations, work permits)
Receive training in landscape management software
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Landscaping experience is a plus
