Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards
- Assist with cash handling, including operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Manage time effectively to meet customer needs and maintain a smooth service flow
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support kitchen operations, including food preparation and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to assist with customer inquiries and special requests
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Proficiency with a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with the grocery store or quick service fast food restaurant environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
