Kitchen Line Cook

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties:
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets quality standards
- Monitor food inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Help with catering events as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
