What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Worker position at Red Sea Waterproofing?
We are looking to add 2* hard working, fast learning, and dependable people to our team! What do we do?* Waterproofing is a specialized trade in construction, it involves sealant installation, air barriers, and below grade waterproofing. We keep the water out of a building everywhere but at the roof. MUST have own transportation to our shop in SE OKC! No criminal record and MUST be able to pass a background check! and MUST be authorized to work in the US! MUST NOT be afraid of heights! MUST be able to work off of extension ladders! MUST be able to lift 50 lbs! We are a small, family oriented business. We believe respect is a two way street, we will earn your respect and want you to earn ours!!
Qualifications
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Any relevant certifications or training in construction would be a plus

- Weekly Pay: Because waiting two weeks for a paycheck is outdated.
- Weather Proof Pay**
- The 90-Day Milestone: Once you hit your 90-day mark, you’ll unlock 10 days of PTO and a performance bonus based on clear, upfront expectations. No guessing games.
