What are the responsibilities and job description for the CONSTRUCTION WORKER II position at City of Ada?
The City of Ada is accepting applications for the position of Construction Worker II, depending on qualifications until filled. Individual selected will be responsible to perform semi-skilled and skilled work in the construction of water and sewer lines and streets, curbs, and gutters.
Experience/Training: One year of experience performing street construction, maintenance and heavy equipment operation. Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
License or Certificate: Must possess or be able to obtain within one-year valid Oklahoma Class A commercial driver’s license and Department of Environmental Quality Class “D” Water and Wastewater certificate.
