What you’ll do
- Lead and supervise front desk operations, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and addressing inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and calendar management to support office efficiency.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing visitor needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Assist in training new front desk staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary purchases.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
Basic qualifications
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Proven organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
