What you’ll do
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to ensure all rooms meet quality standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms to ensure they are ready for new guests.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards throughout the hotel.
Basic qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care procedures.
