Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure pristine surfaces
- Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and managing waste disposal effectively
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct outdoor work when necessary to maintain cleanliness of exterior areas such as patios or walkways
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures and custodial practices to ensure hygiene standards are upheld
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude toward residents or guests
- Experience with laundry operations and housekeeper management is preferred
- Valid experience in outdoor maintenance or outdoor work environments is a plus
