About the Role:
Red River is seeking a CyberArk Lead Engineer to drive our Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives on the Defense Enclave Services (DES) program in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). In this key role, you will lead the transition to CyberArk PAM solutions, ensuring our systems meet stringent DoD cybersecurity requirements. You’ll be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure PAM architectures while managing a small technical team and supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, assessments, and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of CyberArk solutions across the DES environment.
- Design and maintain secure PAM architectures and operating procedures.
- Ensure solutions align with DoD RMF, NIST, and DISA cybersecurity standards.
- Support system accreditation activities, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the PAM team.
- Partner with cross-functional engineering and cybersecurity teams to enhance access controls and security postures.
- Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant cybersecurity or IT experience, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.
- Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security CE, CCNA Security, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with PAM architectures, particularly CyberArk platforms.
- CyberArk Sentry (Level 1) or Guardian (Level 2) certification.
- Experience supporting DISA environments or other Fourth Estate Agencies.
- Prior leadership experience managing technical teams or projects.
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field.
