Red River Animal Emergency Hospital & Referral Center - the region’s premier 24/7 emergency and specialty care provider - is looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) Team Lead to join our growing team!
This is a hands-on leadership position designed for someone who’s passionate about both client care and team success. You’ll continue to perform the core CSR duties our teams know and love, while also taking on added leadership, mentorship, and administrative responsibilities to support our Client Services Manager and overall hospital operations.

What You’ll Do
- Support both ER and Referral CSR teams through hands-on client service and daily operational leadership.
- Mentor, coach, and train new and existing CSRs to promote confidence and consistency.
- Help coordinate daily front desk coverage and workflow to ensure seamless client and team experiences.
- Serve as a go-to person for CSR questions, concerns, and on-the-floor decision-making when management is unavailable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing reviews, end-of-day reporting, and quality assurance checks.
- Model excellent communication, professionalism, and teamwork across departments.
- Act as a bridge between CSRs, the Client Services Manager, and hospital leadership to keep operations running efficiently.

Schedule & Details
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (Friday–Monday 10am - 8pm, core schedule)
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in our 24/7 hospital.
- Hands-on floor role, this position is not purely administrative.
- Flexibility and reliability are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary CSR, assistant, or technician (required)
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or training experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of veterinary software systems (e.g., ezyVet, VetRadar) a plus
- Ability to stay calm, compassionate, and organized under pressure
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
