We’re seeking a Program /Project Lead to serve as the operational backbone of the contract—overseeing daily execution, coordinating across technical teams and government leadership, and ensuring all services are delivered with discipline, accountability, and mission focus.

Minimum/General Experience: Possess 10 years general information technology and cyber security experience
Minimum Education: High School diploma
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (e-STIGs), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), and Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM),Global Broadcast System (GBS).
- In-depth knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Navy/DoD compliance and assessment processes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and deliverables in a Government contracting environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with Government leadership, technical staff, and external partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Security Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
- Ability to maintain DoD clearance eligibility
Travel Requirements
- Position is primarily based at Naval Station, Norfolk
- Might require periodic travel within a 50-mile radius
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of contract staff to ensure timely, compliant execution of all assigned PWS tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government stakeholders, coordinating with clients to define project requirements, priorities, and objectives.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to project staff based on skill alignment, workload, and mission urgency.
- Plan, manage, and control the contract budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and alignment with funding profiles.
- Track performance metrics, staffing utilization, and deliverable status to support leadership reporting and decision-making.
- Produce and deliver contract deliverables as assigned or on demand, in accordance with Government direction and timelines.
- Lead project planning activities, including scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Manage, plan, and direct staff travel, ensuring mission needs are met and travel is properly authorized.
- Review, approve, and process associated travel expense reports in accordance with contract and company policies.
- Coordinate with technical leads and functional managers to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and maintain operational continuity.
- Support inspections, audits, and compliance reviews by ensuring accurate documentation and readiness posture.
- Maintain clear communication with Government leadership regarding contract status, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
