What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting & Operations Specialist (Detail-Obsessed Problem Solver) position at Red Point Property Management LLC.?
We are not looking for a typical bookkeeper.
We are looking for someone who notices things other people miss—someone who actually enjoys catching errors, fixing broken systems, and making numbers make sense.

Responsibilities:
- Manage rent payments and track incoming funds
- Handle owner disbursements and financial reporting
- Review accounting reports and identify discrepancies
- Catch and correct errors before they become larger issues
- Work within property management software (TenantCloud or similar)
- Communicate with team members to resolve financial or account-related issues
- Assist in improving internal systems and workflows
- Maintain clean, accurate, and organized financial records
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer and software proficiency
(Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or property management is a plus, but not required)
