The Red Parka Pub is looking for a bartender who can handle volume, connect with guests, and help create the kind of atmosphere people drive hours for.

This is isn't a quiet cocktail lounge job. The Red Parka is a fast paced, high energy New Hampshire institution known for live music, packed weekends, ski season crowds, and locals who have been coming here for decades. We need someone who can move quickly, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and mixed drinks efficiently and consistently
• Provide fast, friendly, professional service in a high volume environment
• Engage with guests and help create an upbeat bar atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Check IDs and follow all liquor laws and house policies
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Restock beer, liquor, wine, garnishes, and supplies
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management during busy shifts
• Assist with opening and closing side work

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending experience preferred, especially in busy restaurants or pubs
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and team first mentality
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stay composed during peak volume
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are required
• TIPS certification required
