Red Olive is a storied digital agency seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with assigned clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities. You’ll then recommend and guide targeted solutions that leverage the full range of Red Olive’s digital marketing capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or within an agency environment
• Hands-on experience managing SEO and Paid Ads campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to set clear expectations with clients
• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Consistent monitoring of SEO and Paid Ads performance, with clear reporting to stakeholders
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the discipline to manage your time effectively while working remotely
• A collaborative mindset, our wins happen as a team
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling day-to-day communication and issue resolution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and performance
• Oversee campaign performance, analyze results, and present insights that drive improved ROI
• Conduct monthly meetings with clients to review progress, discuss results, and plan next steps
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that meet client objectives
• Understand each client’s business, market, and audience to identify new growth opportunities
• Proactively identify upsell opportunities and recommend strategic solutions that add value
