What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success & Operations position at Pioneer Resource Group?
Pioneer Resource Group is looking for a Client Success & Operations Specialist who can own the client relationship and the execution behind it.
You will lead key accounts, shape priorities, and make sure the agency delivers. That means understanding what the client is trying to accomplish, turning it into a clear plan, and driving the people, timelines, budgets, resources, and decisions required to get there.
This is not a pass-through role. You are expected to have a point of view, challenge weak thinking, spot problems early, and push for better work when the easy answer is not the right one.
You will own client health and delivery health at the same time. Clients should trust you to lead. Internal teams should trust you to create clarity, make decisions, remove roadblocks, and keep the work moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Account Director to manage day-to-day execution of client projects.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverable schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams including creative, strategy, media, content, social, production, and other partners.
- Assign and track tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and team members have clear expectations.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, working sessions, status meetings, and internal check-ins.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, briefs, and status updates.
- Monitor project scope, budgets, resources, and deadlines and flag potential issues early.
- Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and help develop solutions.
- Help ensure creative and marketing deliverables are reviewed, routed, and delivered according to agreed timelines.
- Keep the Account Lead informed of project progress, changes, risks, and resource needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Support the Account Lead with estimates, scopes of work, project schedules, and client presentations as needed.
- Conduct project wrap-ups and help document learnings and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, and project management systems.
