What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Red Oak Sanitation?
Red Oak Sanitation is looking for an experienced Dispatcher, that will be able to communicate with drivers and customers in a friendly and professional manor .
Those with previous experience in the sanitation industry are encouraged to apply. If your experience is not within the sanitation industry, that is fine. Red Oak is a growing company in the sanitation industry and services within Hall County, Forsyth County, City of Suwanee, and City of Dawsonville.
Dispatch hours are from 8am to 5pm or possibly 7am to 4pm, Monday - Friday
Dispatch duties and responsibilities include:
- Monitor and communicate with drivers via Phone and Radio
- Follow up with drivers on the reminders for that current service day
- Provide good customer service when answering incoming calls from customers regarding their service
- assisting customer service reps with questions
- Use samsara (camera system) in tracking our trucks
- Closing out daily cart reports
- Running routes for next day of service and printing out reminders
- Creating bulk/miss route
- Work closely with 5 other dispatchers in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
