WHAT WE OFFER
Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday; Emergency hours may vary.
Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experience, with potential to increase.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing
Preferred:
- Fair Housing certification
WHAT TO EXPECT AS APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
You'll spend your time:
- Troubleshooting and repairing issues across HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Upholding standards, meaning you make sure interiors and exteriors meet company expectations and comply with applicable laws.
- Responding to maintenance work orders submitted by residents and team members, professionally and promptly.
