What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A CDL Dump Truck Operator position at Red Oak Excavating, Inc.?
We are currently looking for a CDL Class A Dump Truck Driver that can safely drive an automatic transmission dump truck. Also, someone that has experience in hauling equipment in a lowboy to be a backup driver when needed.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Operating/driving CDL type truck
- Dump Truck driving is mainly hauling stone to and from job sites
- Driving in a safe manner
- Performing routine maintenance to equipment on a daily basis and reporting any mechanical problems immediately to the supervisor
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass drug screen
- Other equipment operation skills a plus
- Must be willing to do other jobs when not in the dump truck such as mechanic helper, laborer or equipment operator
- Job will have more requirements than just hauling stone and driving dump truck
Job Type: Full-time
