Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to manage our social media channels, create engaging content, and support marketing initiatives. This role involves attending in-house events, coordinating photoshoots, and designing marketing materials to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

Oversee and manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

Create and schedule content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy.

Engage with followers, respond to messages, and monitor online conversations.

Content Creation & Photography :

Attend in-house events throughout the year to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media.

Schedule and manage photoshoots, ensuring brand consistency.

Design and produce marketing collateral, including social media graphics, flyers, signage, and event materials.

Must work the occasionalweekend or holiday.

Event & Project Coordination :

Provide on-site social media coverage during events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Maintain a content calendar and track marketing projects to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).

Basic photography and video editing skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Excellent communication and creativity.

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for event coverage.

A plus : Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
