Maintenance Worker for the hotel

## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management and possess a strong technical background.

## Duties
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and equipment condition
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems using tools such as Ohmmeters and logic controllers
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to enhance equipment reliability
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide guidance on technical issues

## Skills
- Proficiency in managing maintenance operations
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
