Hotel Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance requests. routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and complete assigned work orders.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Maintain swimming pool, spa, and other hotel amenities (if applicable).
• Repair and replace fixtures, appliances, lighting, doors, locks, and furniture.
• Monitor and maintain hotel safety systems, including fire alarms and emergency equipment.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with property improvement projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
