Role Description The Client Experience Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL. This team member greets and checks in members, explains services and protocols, and ensures each visit is welcoming, professional, and aligned with brand standards. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing member accounts, answering questions about treatments and membership options, and maintaining a clean, safe studio environment. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by presenting membership packages, assisting with studio events, and following up with leads to foster long-term relationships. The representative collaborates closely with franchise leadership and other staff to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to membership growth.
Qualifications
- Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive, consistent member experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain services, membership options, and wellness protocols.
- Comfort with consultative sales, including presenting membership packages, handling objections, and closing sales ethically.
- Ability to support training efforts, including learning new wellness technologies and helping orient new team members.
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Huntsville, AL, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling or CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in health, fitness, or business is a plus.
