Our client, a well established manufacturer in the food and protein space, is seeking a hands on, people focused Facilities Manager to support their operation in Denver. What You’ll Do
- Own day to day building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems through third party vendors
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and performance expectations
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance programs with external providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Conduct routine safety inspections and support emergency response efforts
- Coordinate renovations, space planning, and security services
- Manage facilities budgets, contracts, and procurement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities related needs
What We’re Looking For
- 5 plus years of experience in facilities management or building operations
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience managing vendors and service providers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working independently while partnering cross functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field preferred

This position offers a competitive base salary along with a full benefits package.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
