Role Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, maintaining exceptional customer service standards, managing staff recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The manager will also oversee inventory, address customer feedback, and collaborate with the team on continuous service and operational improvements.
Bi-lingual is strongly preferred.

- Previous experience in restaurant management is highly beneficial
