Main Responsibilities
- Maintains health and safety standards, adhering to regulations set by management.
- Cleans and maintains kitchens, equipment, and serving equipment.
- Assists with expediting banquet plate-up and distribution.
- Trains new employees according to the "Five Day Training" packet.
- Supervises kitchen utility, stewards, and lead stewards.
- Monitors team member break schedules and attendance.
Qualification Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years related operations experience necessary.
- Appropriate licenses and ServSafe certification required.
- Familiarity with HACCP standards necessary.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
