What You Will Do
- Lead, manage, and influence large-scale, strategic programs that significantly impact business objectives, ensuring successful delivery from conception to completion.
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization to align program objectives with business priorities, ensuring cohesive and strategic program implementation.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, guiding program managers and teams across functions to develop best-in-class program strategies that enable organizational success.
- Exercise expert judgment to resolve highly complex challenges, leveraging data and business intelligence to make informed decisions that influence the direction of critical projects and relationships.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs, ensuring continuous feedback loops for program improvement.
- Extensive project management experience, experience in business sales, sales operations or related
- Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Multitasking Proficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under pressure and tight timelines.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in managing details and focused on achieving results.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
