Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner and/or Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Runner/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by Running food to tables or maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Duties
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Help with food service by delivering dishes to tables as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Support the team in maintaining inventory levels of supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus, ensuring compliance with health standards.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment.
